Hell, I import tons of stuff from Japan despite living in the US, where a lot of the stuff is available domestically. Take advantage of Right Stuf's studio sales (33% off of manga + an extra 10% off of the discounted price if you sign up for their Got Anime? annual membership ~= 40% discount) and their modest (compared to most companies that ship internationally) international shipping charges ($8 flat + $2/item for areas outside the US and Canada) to create large, cost-effective purchases (up to whatever the maximum you can import without paying any sort of import taxes, at least... or as much as you like if you don't care about import taxes... I'm not sure what those are like in your country). That way you'll still be supporting the industry.

This doesn't just apply to the guy from Indonesia whom I was replying to. It applies to anyone anywhere outside of the US and Canada. So stop your whining and just buy it already.

I think pretty much anyone would call that whining.
Anyway, that's your problem, not Solaris's. If you don't have a credit card, go get one. If you're too young to apply for one on your own, get a parent to cosign for it (for the record, I had a credit card when I was 13, so don't even try to use the "But I'm too young!" argument). If a parent won't cosign for it, open a bank account with a bank that uses Visa or Mastercard for its debit cards. If you can't open it on your own, again, have a parent cosign for it. Get a job. If you're too young to get hired by a company, do stereotypical kid things and mow lawns or sell lemonade or something. Just stop coming in here crying about how you're sad that other people won't do something illegal for you and figure out a solution for yourself. It's not that difficult.
