Third time making up these rules thread, and any new rules maybe added at any time. So please do check them out once in awhile.
1. Do not ask about our release schedule. When it happens, it happens. Life is unpredictable, and seeing as how we are very human, release schedule can change at any given time. So, do yourself a favor and don't ask us this question. Just look around for other series to read (and there are plenty) while you wait for your favorite series to be released.
2. We are not dropping/canceling/holding any of our series unless we mention it in the project section (of our website). Don't panic and violate #1 just because you haven't seen new releases in weeks.
We will accept "I can't wait for the next chapter" comment, but anything beyond that, we will either delete the comment, ban you outright, or both. (Added 6/28/2008)
3. Don't ask us to take over other group's series. There are too many series untouched, and we have our hands full with what we have.
4. DO NOT EVER ASK US (or solicit others) TO SUPPLY RAW SCAN. This is my personal pet peeve as I've seen too many assholes demanding us to fork over scans just because they want to. Remember, finding raw scan is quite easy nowadays. Do yourself a favor and look for them for yourself. Besides, some of these scans are done by us, and we pay for those books, therefore, we have no obligation to distribute those scans other than to use for scanlation.
Also, DO NOT post raw scan or links to them in the forum. If we need your help, we will contact you, or make separate section regarding such. What you do with them is your choice, but not in this forum.
5. Should you use IRC to look for any manga (good for you), do yourself a favor and read up on "how to download" guide first. Ignorance is not bliss. And many people do not like those who fumble around with their server.
6. Any hackling towards the staff members (and especially Gari) = Instant BAN. This applies to both IRC and the forum. We also reserve the right to temp/permanently ban anyone at anytime with or without notice.
7. Do not ask for licensed manga or direction on where to find them. Same goes with UNLICENSED manga if it is not our project. You just picked wrong place to ask for, and all I can say is "Not here, maybe somewhere else". (Added 5/09/2008)
8. NO MORE "RELEASES" Thread. It tends to lead people to think, "OMG! We can bug Gari to make our series come out NEXT/NOW/SOON/ETC..." Don't! You can talk about the series, you can speculate how the series might turn out, or even compare them with your favorites series. But do not make any more of "release" thread. Any future thread will be erased, and the poster will be banned. No warning will be given. Consider this as the final warning. (Added 5/11/2008)
9. Any reply/feedback that is deemed misplaced will be relocated to the appropriate thread. If moving is impossible, it will be deleted. (Added 5/13/2008)
10. No SPOILERS thread. Too much room for mishaps and misdeeds. (Added 5/15/2008)
11. If you don't agree with the rules, read #6. You are welcome to stay or leave at anytime.
12. No mentioning mangahelpers. EVER. Any post mentioning that place shall be removed, and multiple violator will be banned. No warning will be given. (Added 6/16/2009)
As I mentioned earlier, this section is incomplete, and more rules can be added at anytime. Do check often, thanks.
