I had no problem buying it from amazon.co.jp, and in fact just got my copy earlier this week. Now, I do have the problem that I can't read much more than every third word or so, but at least I have it in hand.

Are you sure you were looking at the right listing?

I don't know, I just entered "愛しのかな" in the search field and tried to buy it, but then it says something about exporting goods and don't let me finish buying it. I'm gonna try it again.

PS. I also tried to buy a Densuke doll but nothing.

EDIT: I can't believe it. I've just bought Itoshi no kana's volume without any problem. It was the cudly Densuke the item that wasn't allowed to be sold outside. Great!

EDIT2: BWAHAHAHA!
